TASK 2. Preliminary Ground Training

2.1. Acquaintance with the training program

  • Instructions on safety measures, rules of leaving of the helicopter in emergency situations

TASK 3. Simulator training

This part of the course is a High Fidelity Complex Training on brand new 2004 model FULL MISSION HIGH FIDELITY HELICOPTER SIMULATOR designed for MI-8, MI-17 and MI-171 helicopters

3.1. Cockpit procedure simulator training

  • Preparation for engine starting, system checking, engines’ shut-off
  • Training of crew actions in special flight cases
  • Preflight inspection and check of the cockpit equipment and its preparation for flight
  • Emergency and complicated situations training

3.2. Full mission helicopter simulator

  • Pre-flight check
